RAWA, the brainchild of Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has now been introduced to the Senate.

But the rules for such games still need to be written, which is exactly what regulators and manufacturers tried to work with together this week.
On Wednesday, representatives from gaming equipment companies met up with Nevada regulators for a workshop regarding the guidelines and laws which will govern slot machines that include skill elements.
The two edges had been working on putting together a draft regarding the rules that are new.
Brand New Games, New Rules
