33 Arrested in India Online Gambling Raid

Police in Kandivli, India raided six online gambling hubs

Police in Kandivli, Asia raided six gaming parlors and arrested a complete of 33 people this week in a crackdown on online gambling in the area. The raid was the first of its kind into the area, as Samta Nagar police raided parlors owned by Planet G Internet activity and Bingo in Kandivli, as well as the Pratik Game Zone in Malad.

Franchise Owners Arrested

Most of the raids were conducted on venues that were franchises of an ongoing business understood as Game King Pvt Ltd, located in Tardeo. California Tribes Approved for Off-Reservation Gambling Enterprises

Could casinos that are tribal up away from Indian reservations in California soon?

Long restricted to Native American reservations, tribal-operated gambling enterprises in California appear prepared to expand in a way that is big. One off-reservation casino has already been approved, which has many other tribes looking at if they can’t move into the rest of the continuing state as well.

Compacts Allow for Brand New Sites

The expansion formally started weeks ago, when the continuing State Legislature approved a tight involving the North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians and Governor Jerry Brown. The tribe was allowed by that compact to construct a casino featuring 2,000 slot machines in Madera County.
